Due to feedback from tenants we have changed the processing company for our applications to simplify the process, and for a more mobile friendly application. We have also made it a multi-step process to prevent potential tenants from paying an application fee unnecessarily. The application is only one page and most applicants complete it in just a few minutes. These are the steps of the process:
- Fill out the application through the link at the bottom of the page and enter your payment information on the second page of the application. We will confirm you meet our minimum requirements before your payment is processed and the background/credit check is ordered. If you do not meet the minimum requirements we will inform you of that and you will not be charged.
- Once we confirm you meet our minimum requirements we will process the payment, and order the background check and credit check.
- At this time you will receive an email, and must authorize the company to perform the background and credit check. You must authorize it in order for us to receive the information and process your application. At this point your payment has already been processed, so there is no reason to not authorize it.
- We will process the information as quickly as possible, generally in 24 hours or less.
- Once your application has been processed we will be back in touch with you to inform you of the outcome. If it has been more than 24 hours you’re welcome to contact the property manager you have been dealing with to ask for an update on the status of your application.
